Setting
Up A Re-Direct In 4 Easy Steps
Setting
up a re-direct allows you to get rid of that long affiliate URL, so
instead of using a link like this:
http://www.specialreportclub.com/amember/go.php?r=XXX
You can make one like this:
http://www.yourdomain.com/product
Here's How:
Step #1: Login to
your cpanel and click on file manager, and then the public_html folder.
Step #2: Now
create
a new folder and name it whatever you like, such as specialreportclub
(all one word, no spaces) or whatever the name of the product is.
Step #3: Next,
inside the new folder that you just created, create a blank html
document page and name it index.htm.
Step#4:
Finally, click on the document that you just created and click edit.
The file will open in a new window. Delete everything that is there and
then copy and paste the following code into that page (make sure you
add your affiliate url) and click save.
